Over the past few months, Naida McDowell, FNP, has provided care for you and your families at the HealthPoint Navasota Clinic. As of December 2, 2022, Naida McDowell will no longer see patients at HealthPoint.
HealthPoint is committed to ensuring your medical needs are met without delay. We have excellent providers available to see you at the same Clinic, including Dr. Jordan Conway, Sheena Alegun, FNP, Dr. Roland Garza, and Katherine Ahlstrom, NNP, CNM.
As a patient of HealthPoint Navasota, the following options are available to you:
- You may continue your care at the HealthPoint Navasota Clinic. Please call (936) 825-0000 if you need to schedule an appointment.
- If you want to see one of our doctors at a different clinic, please navigate back to our home page.
- If you are interested in seeing a doctor outside of our network of clinics, we will make your records available to any doctor of your choice. Please request a medical records release form and return it to any of our clinics so we can send your medical records to your new doctor. You have the right to see providers outside of our network, but we hope you will give us the opportunity to continue to serve you and your family.
