The HealthPoint Leadership Survey Results are Here!
HOT OFF THE PRESS: Our HealthPoint Leadership Survey 2024 results are in! This survey has provided great insight into our strengths, as well as areas of improvement, so thank you for participating! We wanted to share the results of the leadership survey ASAP. Stay tuned in the coming months for the strategies our Board and Senior Leaders develop to continue our quest to be the BEST place to work!
As a reminder, the HealthPoint Leadership Survey 2024 prompts were:
- I believe my supervisor or manager demonstrates effective leadership overall
- I feel that my supervisor effectively communicates goals and expectations to me and my team
- I feel supported by my supervisor in my day-to-day work responsibilities
- I find my supervisor effective in providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
- I perceive my supervisor to demonstrate fairness and consistency in handling employee issues or conflicts
- I believe my supervisor supports and promotes teamwork and collaboration among team members
- I feel that my supervisor effectively advocates for my needs and concerns to higher management
- I observe my supervisor demonstrating a commitment to the mission and values of the organization
- I rate the accessibility of my supervisor for addressing work-related questions or concerns positively
- Overall, I am satisfied with the leadership provided by my supervisor

We are thrilled with the overall positive responses. On every question, over half of the responses were “strongly agree” or “agree”, but the work does not stop here. We are committed to continuing positive feedback by discussing and implementing new strategies for continued improvement. Stay tuned!
