We’re excited to introduce Sierra Rogers, APRN, FNP, as a dedicated provider at HealthPoint’s Navasota and Hempstead locations. With a strong background in acute, long-term, and critical care nursing, Sierra is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care to her patients.
Education & Training
Sierra’s educational journey reflects her deep commitment to health and patient care. She holds:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology
✔ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
✔ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) – Family Nurse Practitioner
Her foundation in both movement sciences and nursing gives her a comprehensive understanding of patient health and wellness.
Professional Career & Passion for Patient Care
With nearly a decade of nursing experience, Sierra has worked in acute care, long-term care, and critical care settings. Her extensive hands-on experience allows her to provide expert, compassionate care for patients at all stages of life.
Now, stepping into her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sierra is excited to serve the Navasota and Hempstead communities.
