At HealthPoint – Trinity Clinic and HealthPoint – Madisonville Clinic, we are excited to have Tiffiny Williamson, DNP, NP-C, FNP-C, on our team! Tiffiny Williamson, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric primary care. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she is passionate about caring for children and watching them grow from infancy through adolescence.

Professional Career
Tiffiny began her career in 2000 as an LVN before becoming a registered nurse (RN) with a background in oncology and emergency medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from UTMB in Galveston in 2012 and advanced into primary care. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Maryville University in 2017. For the past 10+ years, she has focused exclusively on pediatric primary care, serving patients in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and academic medicine.
Before joining HealthPoint, Tiffiny worked in FQHCs in Houston and Washington and spent over six years in academic pediatrics with UT Health. With a background in both community and academic medicine, she is committed to providing her patients with the most up-to-date, evidence-based healthcare.

Growing up in a family that owned and operated a rural health clinic in Central Texas, Tiffiny developed a deep appreciation for community-focused care. Her journey has come full circle—blending experience in FQHCs and academic medicine to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care to families in rural communities.

Outside of work, Tiffiny is an animal lover with five dogs. She loves spending time with her young daughter, who is her world.
