Tracy Ayers, FNP, is ready to care for you at our Caldwell Clinic!
Tracy Ayers, FNP, joined the HealthPoint team in 2022. She practices at our Caldwell Clinic and is here to serve you and your family.

Education:
Tracy graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During her career as a registered nurse, she worked in many areas, including pediatrics, home health, psychiatric care, women’s health, prison nursing, and administration.

Professional Career:
In 2018, while working as a District Nurse for a school, Tracy saw a huge gap in healthcare for the student population in rural areas. She felt a call to help close that care gap. Soon after, she began pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Nursing with a Master’s in Nursing in 2022. She knew immediately where she wanted to begin her practice.

The vision and mission of HealthPoint aligned with what Tracy Ayers, FNP, knew she wanted to pursue in her career. Her goal was to provide quality healthcare regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.
“I was excited to accept a position in my hometown as one of the providers for the ISD-based clinics. I absolutely love that I get to be a part of helping my local community access quality and affordable healthcare.”
Tracy added that the best part of her day is hearing the relief in staff and parents’ voices when they are able to access care right in their school on the same day! As a former ISD Director of Nursing, she saw first-hand the need for healthcare to be present in the school system, and now she is helping HealthPoint to be a part of the solution.
