Seamless Care for Mom & NEWBORN
One of the things that makes HealthPoint Maternal Care different is our Care Coordination Team. After delivery, your care coordinator works to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your newborn, connecting your newborn directly with our pediatric team. If you need help with transportation, medication costs, behavioral health support, or community resources, your care coordinator can connect you right from the clinic. We take care of the whole family, together.
