Blake has a passion for compassionate, preventative care that is deeply personal. He lost his father to cancer at a very young age and has always known he wanted to care for others.
Blake began working in the emergency room at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan as a Registered Nurse. He then went back to school to obtain his Nurse Practitioner license. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Blake has worked in Emergency Room settings in both Bryan and College Station.
Blake says HealthPoint gives him the opportunity to care for people in a community that means a great deal to him. His wife is from Franklin, so serving this community feels personal to Blake. Losing his father to cancer also had a lasting impact on him and is one of the reasons he believes so strongly in helping people take care of their health and supporting families through every stage of life.
Blake believes healthcare is about more than treating illness. It is about building trust, supporting families, and helping people stay healthy so they can enjoy the moments that matter most. At HealthPoint, he can serve patients close to home and be part of a team that is committed to caring for the whole community.
