Dr. Jordan Conway is a family medicine physician at HealthPoint’s Navasota Clinic. He cares for patients of all ages and is passionate about helping families in rural and medically underserved communities.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Conway focuses on building strong relationships with his patients and helping them manage their health through every stage of life. He is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care close to home.
Dr. Conway graduated from the Texas A&M class of 2010 (WHOOP!) with an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering. He then earned his medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2017. He completed his residency in Lafayette, Louisiana, as a part of the LSU Health Science Center System.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Conway is passionate about serving families in rural and medically underserved communities. Dr. Conway is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, and the American Association of Family Physicians.
He is also affiliated with CHI St. Joseph Regional Health Center in College Station, TX, further expanding his ability to serve patients in the region.
Dr. Conway values the opportunity to care for patients and families in a community-based setting. HealthPoint’s mission allows him to serve people where they are and help improve access to quality care in rural communities.
He believes primary care plays an important role in keeping families healthy, preventing illness, and helping patients feel supported when health concerns arise. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching any soccer game he can find.
